Shipping + Returns
We prepare and pack all of our Knorr Beeswax Candles including all of the products purchased on the web from our Del Mar location.
Lead Time
We make all of our Knorr Beeswax Candles to order and this requires lead time. In our busy season it could take up to 2 weeks for an order to be shipped. If you have an urgent deadline please let us know and we will make every effort to meet it. Our factory closes for 2-3 weeks during the holidays. This will impact order processing and shipping.
We aim to process and ship all other orders within 1-2 days from when placed and only ship during business days, no weekends and holidays.

Return Policy
All damages must be reported within 10 days of receiving your order. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Please contact Customer Care at info@knorrbeeswax.com so we can help you with the process, please include images and a description in the email and order number/order confirmation email.
